Jordy Harris is a member of the Clarksville Gearhead Car Club. I asked Jordy what he likes about the car scene. He said, “What I love is the artistry everyone puts into their vehicles, the networking, and the friendly atmosphere.”
Jordy owns a beautiful 2006 Dodge Charger R/T, which he refers to as War Machine. He has owned the car for about a year. Jordy has put a new air intake, premium starter system, ignition coils and spark plugs, a new fuel system and is working on the exhaust. Future plans include making it a matte black satin, adding lighting from his sponsors, and increasing the HP output. He plans on pulling inspiration from the rest of the group and he plans on going to more shows once the car is at least cosmetically completed.
I asked Jordy if this is his dream car. He said, “My dream car is a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, I was heavily influenced as a kid watching my uncles build theirs up. Chargers are my second favorite, but overall, I love muscle cars.” Where are his favorite places to drive? He said, “I actually don’t have a favorite spot yet, I plan to find some good ones within the group.”
The military brought Jordy to the Clarksville area, but he is originally from Memphis. He is married and has 3 daughters. Jordy is a pro photographer with 11 years’ experience and the Editor of his own magazine, called Lustrous Magazine. He also manages a model group called Jordy’s Angels. Jordy’s job with the military is Photography, Videography and Editing specifically for the 101st Airborne Division. You can check out Jordy’s Angels and Lustrous Magazine at these links:
