Chris Daniel is one of the newest members of the Clarksville Gearheads Car Club. He hasn’t been able to make it to any of the meets due to timing but hopes to attend one soon. We look forward to meeting you!
Chris currently owns five vehicles but his baby is a 2000 Ford F250 Super Duty truck, which he has owned for 7 years. This truck is special due to the fact that it was used to save a woman from a flood in 2019 in Huntsville, Alabama. If you would like to see that story you can go to this link: https://www.waff.com/video/2019/02/27/good-samaritan-reveals-how-he-helped-get-woman-out-rising-floodwaters/ What an incredible act of kindness and heroism!
He has done a 6 inch country lift and the truck sits on 385/70 16 inch tires. Future plans include a complete tear down to the bare frame. Sandblast the parts with a complete paint job and hydro dip the interior. Chris also wants to rebuild the engine, new transmission and axles. I asked Chris if this is his dream vehicle. He said, “My dream car is a mustang, not sure what year i like the best yet. ”Where are his favorite places to drive? He said, “Anywhere as long as its off-road.”
Chris was stationed here back in 2007. He met his wife and moved away after she graduated from college. They moved back to the area due to issues related to Covid.
If you would like to follow Chris on Instagram, his name is Cjohns_aka_tree. Thank you Chris for participating in our Full Throttle Thursday blog! Join me each week to meet a new vehicle owner and their vehicle.
On behalf of all the dolls thank you for your service!
