If you're a fan of UFC, you've most certainly heard his name. While I love dresses, heels, and hair flowers, I also love sports! I was thrilled to be able to write this blog and feature someone as notable as Randy Couture as this week's Sunday Shout Out and his time spent at our very own Fort Campbell.

The army wrestling coach wanted to ensure that he had time to train and compete. He had moved up in the national rankings.

In his book Becoming the Natural: My Life In and Out of the Cage he states, "I was assigned to a garrisons unit that handles bureaucracy at Fort Campbell and went to work for the sports department." In his book, he explains that being stationed at Fort Campbell he was able to train twice a day and spend more time with his family.

Randy Couture's Shoutout to the 101st!

His book: Becoming the Natural: My Life In and Out of the Cage

Thank you Mr. Couture for your service to our country!
